1. How does Boxes work?
A new box becomes available every 2 hours. Be quick to claim the box to get the top reward: 25 points for the first claim, 15 for the second, 10 for the third, and 5 points for every next claim.
All point rewards, including the Jackpot and Mini Jackpot, are assigned based on claim time only, with no randomness involved.

2. Who can open a box?
Boxes can be opened by members with an active account who correctly enter the captcha by typing only the white letters shown in the image.

3. Does everyone get a different captcha task?
No, every member gets the same captcha task, with the same word and the same letters to enter.

4. How many boxes can be opened per day?
Daily box openings are made up of your base limit + additional bonuses:
- Base limit: 1 per day for regular members, 2 per day for Prime members
- Event bonus: +1 regular / +2 Prime for joining the Sweat Selling Event, granted after the event ends
- Event bonus: +1 regular / +2 Prime for joining the Swunt Event, granted after the event ends
- Shop bonus: +1 regular / +2 Prime for purchases of at least 5 PED in EntropiaGO Shop
- Shop bonus: +1 regular / +2 Prime for purchases of at least 5 PED in Frugal Chirpy Shop
- Special links: extra box opening links are sometimes shared in #entropiago chat
Bonus duration: every extra opening is granted for 24 hours
Daily cap: the maximum total is 12 openings per day

5. What happens after a box closes?
The active claim window ends 5 minutes before the next box opens. After that, the box is marked as inactive and preview is disabled until the next box opens. Once the next box opens, preview becomes available again for earlier boxes from the current cycle, showing who opened them and how many points were awarded. This applies only within the current cycle, since all boxes reset when Box 1 opens again.

1. What is the Jackpot?
The Jackpot is a shared points pool connected to Boxes. Every new Jackpot starts with 1,000 points, and every claim adds the same number of points to the pool as the claimer receives.

2. How can I win the Jackpot?
The Jackpot is won automatically once the current claim target is reached. It starts at 100 claims, and every Jackpot won within 24 hours increases the next target by another 100 claims. Once a Jackpot takes longer than 24 hours to be won, the next target resets to 100 claims.

3. What is the Mini Jackpot?
The Mini Jackpot is a special 200-point bonus awarded one claim before the current Jackpot target. For example, it appears on claim 99, 199, 299, or any equivalent step depending on the current cycle.

4. What happens after the Jackpot is won?
Once points for the previous Jackpot are awarded, a new Jackpot starts automatically with a fresh 1,000-point pool. Upcoming boxes are linked to it right away.
If the winning Jackpot was hit in a box that is still open, that same box can still be opened for regular box points, and those points are added to the new Jackpot pool, but those extra claims do not increase the new Jackpot claim counter. The new Jackpot starts counting claims from the next box.

5. How can points from Boxes and the Jackpot be used?
All points collected from regular box claims and Jackpot wins can be exchanged for Vibrant Sweat or PED Tokens.

6. Are there any Jackpot restrictions?
A member can win only one Jackpot within 7 days (cooldown). If they already won during the last week, the Jackpot goes to the next eligible claim. This restriction does not apply to the Mini Jackpot.
Tokens

1. How do I redeem points for tokens?
Click the Tokens link at the top of the page, choose the token type, select how many points you want to use, starting from a minimum of 200 points, and generate your token code.

2. What can I redeem points for?
You can redeem points for a Vibrant Sweat Token or a PED Token.
The exchange rate:
- 2.00 PED for regular members = 200 points = 1k Vibrant Sweat
- 2.50 PED for Prime members = 200 points = 1k Vibrant Sweat
If you choose a PED Token instead, 200 points = 1 PED without Vibrant Sweat.

3. How can I use my token?
Write to Luke Websky (in-game) and give him your token code. Vibrant Sweat Tokens are used to sell Vibrant Sweat, and PED Tokens are used to receive PED directly.

4. Can I give my token to someone else?
No, tokens cannot be transferred to someone else. Each token is associated with the member who generated it.

5. Do tokens expire?
No, tokens do not expire, so you can use them whenever you want.
