These Terms of Use govern access to and use of EntropiaGO, available at https://entropiago.com, including public pages, user accounts, events, Boxes, points, Tokens, Prime-related features, contact forms, and advertising-supported content.
1. Operator and Contact
EntropiaGO is operated independently by the administrator of the Service, hereinafter referred to as the Operator.
The Service can be contacted through the Contact page for support, complaints, legal notices, and account-related matters.
2. Nature of the Service
EntropiaGO is an independent fan, community, and utility project related to Entropia Universe. The Service is informational and organizational in nature and may include account tools, community features, point-based mechanics, event participation, and advertising-supported pages.
The Service is not a payment service, investment product, gambling service, or official Entropia Universe service.
3. Acceptance of the Terms
By using the Service, creating an account, signing in, participating in events or Boxes, generating Tokens, or sending information through the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
4. Eligibility and Accounts
To use account-based features, you must provide the information requested during registration, including your avatar-related account details, email address, and password, and complete required verification steps.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. You must ensure that the information you provide is accurate and kept reasonably up to date.
The Operator may require additional verification before granting or maintaining access to selected features, including full activation, Token use, email confirmation, or manual review.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must use the Service lawfully, fairly, and only in the manner intended by the Service.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- creating, controlling, or using multiple accounts in a way that bypasses limits, bonuses, queues, eligibility rules, or other Service mechanics;
- attempting to automate any part of the Service, including with bots, scripts, macros, headless browsers, emulators, click tools, traffic tools, or similar methods;
- bypassing captcha, rate limits, anti-abuse systems, consent flows, login protections, or technical restrictions;
- artificially generating traffic, impressions, clicks, or interactions, including interactions with advertisements or tracking systems;
- sharing, selling, renting, or lending accounts without the Operator’s explicit permission;
- impersonating another person, providing false identity details, or misleading the Operator about account ownership;
- interfering with the Service, its infrastructure, other users, or third-party providers connected to the Service.
Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through multi-accounting, automation, or abuse may result in immediate account restrictions, permanent account termination, removal of Prime-related benefits, cancellation of Tokens, and deletion or reversal of accumulated Points.
6. Points, Boxes, Tokens, Events, and Prime
The Service may grant Points through participation in features such as Boxes, events, or other mechanics currently made available by the Operator.
Points, rankings, access limits, cooldowns, event seats, Prime-related advantages, and Token conversion rules may change over time. Availability of any feature is not guaranteed.
Points and Tokens are internal Service mechanics only. They are not cash, stored value, electronic money, or a guaranteed property right enforceable outside the Service.
The Operator may correct, reverse, suspend, refuse, or cancel Points, Tokens, rewards, or related account actions if they result from error, suspected abuse, verification failure, manipulation, duplicate claims, or violation of these Terms.
Prime is an optional status or program and may be granted, paused, rejected, removed, or limited based on the current rules, account status, activity level, and security review.
7. User Content and Messages
The Service may display user-submitted text, notices, or contact messages. You remain responsible for the content you submit.
You must not use the Service to post or send unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, spam-like, or harmful content. The Operator may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or creates risk for the Service or its partners.
8. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The Service may display advertising and use third-party tools, including analytics, anti-abuse tools, captcha services, and advertising services.
Use of such services may involve cookies, local storage, device data, IP-related information, and ad-related measurement signals, subject to your consent choices and applicable law.
You must not interact with advertising on the Service in a fraudulent, incentivized, deceptive, automated, or abusive manner. The Operator may investigate and act on suspicious ad-related behavior to protect compliance with advertising partner policies.
9. Availability and Changes
The Operator may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, including account features, events, Boxes, Tokens, or advertising integrations.
The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, constant availability, error-free performance, or continued availability of any specific feature.
10. Enforcement and Account Measures
If the Operator reasonably suspects a violation of these Terms, abuse, fraud, automation, multi-accounting, or other harmful conduct, the Operator may take any proportionate measure considered necessary to protect the Service.
Such measures may include warning the user, limiting selected features, suspending access, invalidating Points or Tokens, removing accumulated benefits, withholding feature access pending review, or permanently blocking the account.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for interruptions, data loss, third-party service failures, advertising partner decisions, technical issues, user-side configuration problems, or actions taken in good faith to protect the Service from abuse.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
12. Entropia Universe Disclaimer
EntropiaGO is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MindArk PE AB.
Entropia Universe®, PED, PEC, and related names, marks, and assets are the property of MindArk PE AB. Any reference to such names is used only to identify the game environment to which the Service relates. No infringement is intended, and MindArk PE AB does not operate, control, or assume responsibility for EntropiaGO.
13. Privacy
Rules on the collection and processing of personal data, cookies, consent choices, and advertising-related disclosures are set out in the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
The Operator may update these Terms for legal, operational, technical, security, anti-abuse, advertising, or product-related reasons. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
15. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Operator, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to users under relevant law.
